An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to join Redmayne Bentley as an Assistant to the Director-Head of Investment Management at our Leeds Head Office. The office is ideally located in the heart of the city centre financial district, and only a few minutes’ walk from Leeds train station.

What you will be doing?

You will work closely with the Director-Head of Investment Management supporting him daily to manage his diary and emails, create reports, prepare presentations and manage projects that help deliver the Firm’s business plan.

What you will bring?

You’ll have good organisational and project management skills, a keen eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have ideally worked in financial services and be confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders across the firm and externally. You will be comfortable in taking the initiative and taking responsibility, resilient with a can-do attitude; proactively resolving problems, working under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will demonstrate absolute discretion, whilst being approachable and easy going.
