Central Resources Administrator (Leeds)
DESCRIPTION OF POST:
To provide support in all operational requirements across Baird’s retail estate.
This incorporates co-ordinating servicing, repairs, facilities and Health & Safety, and ensuring the business needs are achieved and inefficiencies streamlined. You will build strong partnerships with other business contacts and assist in the production of accurate spreadsheets to record information and track costs.
The role involves liaising with Regional Managers, Store Managers and external Contacts to also providing admin support to the Central Resources Team and covering Reception when necessary.
• Experience of retail facilities
• Excellent IT skills and computer literate
• Work on own initiative
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
At least 1 year in a similar administrative role
