PA & Administrative Assistant (Liverpool)
The Guild are on the look out for a full time PA & Administrative Assistant to join the HR and Governance team. The PA & Administrative Assistant’s role is focussed on supporting the Student Representative Officer Team (SRO’s) to be as effective and efficient as possible, as well as providing administrative support to both the HR, Governance and Finance departments.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to multi task, have experience of diary management and office administration. Due to the nature of the role and the department, the successful applicant will have the ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters and have a friendly approachable manner.
