Once the booking form has been received we will raise an invoice for payment on return. All invoices must have been paid in full at least 7 days prior to the event to guarantee your place. You will not be permitted to exhibit unless payment has been received.

Where early bird applies payment will be required within the period stated. If payment is not received by the required dates then the cost will revert to the payment period it is received in.

Once your payment is completed and your order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation by email.
