Emily Walker-Williams
Impact Officer at Liverpool John Moores University
In this interactive session, we will explore the significance of mapping professional networks to drive impactful culture change within our own organisations. Participants will engage in a reflective exercise to map their current professional networks, identifying key relationships and partnerships that can support culture change. The session will encourage participants to critically assess their place within their organisation, how they share resources, who they influence, and where gaps or over-reliance exists. We will also focus on the importance of reciprocal relationships, where mutual benefit is achieved through shared goals and knowledge exchange. The session will conclude with actionable steps for strengthening or diversifying professional networks, equipping participants with a clear plan to enhance their influence and drive
cultural transformation within their own spheres of influence.
