Thrive through Change 

In our 40s we can start to notice that our bodies aren’t working in the same way any more. This is due to factors including a change in female hormones. We can often feel that we need to eat less and move more whereas in actual fact it can be a case of moving less and differently, eating more of certain things and taking a literal breath! 

In this session we’ll be giving practical suggestions and tips on how we can support our bodies in our 40s and beyond, taking back control and also adding positives to our lives, not necessarily taking things out. 

We’ll also touch on why it’s important that everyone has some understanding of the menopause, not just those who are going through it.

About Anna & Gen

Anna – Following a career contracting in global organisations, Anna shifted focus into the wellness industry in 2013, certifying as a Fitness Professional and then a Perimenopause Coach. In 2019 she launched 40s Woman & Beyond inspiring women to take control of their health, especially at this age. Alongside Gen, Anna now works within companies sharing knowledge and practical tips, hosts a podcast (recently featured in The Sunday Times) and loves to build connections between women.  

Gen – following a career in engineering, Gen recertified as a Nutrition Coach and now focuses on sustainable behaviour change by aligning nutritional strategies with clients’ goals and lifestyles. Driven by a passion to share her knowledge of perimenopause and the positive impact that nutrition can have, Gen empowers women with positive steps they can take to thrive at this stage of their lives and careers.
