The ‘Creating Healthy Habits’ webinar is all about routines, and how to create routines that work for you and your colleagues at work and loved ones at home, every day and every week. We look into how habits are created (good and bad ones), identify our habits to raise awareness and decide on the ones we want to keep doing, stop doing or start doing.
This webinar will educate, inspire and empower you to create healthy new routines at work and home (and specifically also working from home), and provide you with the knowledge and tools needed to help you achieve your health goals
