Director of Mind It Ltd and Founder of Leeds Wellbeing Week
Lucile is the founder of Leeds Wellbeing Week and Director of Mind It Ltd. She is also a lecturer in Business Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Leeds Beckett University.
Lucile has always been interested in entrepreneurship. She studied business and social entrepreneurship in France, the United States and Spain, and started her own business venture in 2017 when settling in Leeds, UK.
Former Marketing Director of a fast-growing business, with a wide range of responsibilities and passion for her job, Lucile almost experienced burn-out herself. She is now a big advocate of burn-out prevention through wellbeing activities. She created Mind It Ltd, a training company to support employees to thrive at home and at work.
At Mind It Ltd, our vision is to make 'burnout' a thing from the past. We want wellbeing to be on everyone's to-do lists. Every day.

Our interactive health and wellbeing public speaking experience focuses on stress management and wellbeing.
By using a series of practical exercises, we help the attendees to develop their own coping mechanisms to stress and wellbeing strategies.
This 30 to 90min public speaking experience has received 5* positive feedback whenever it has been run,
including at the Lifestyle Medicine Conference in Leeds and the Health and Safety Conference by DAC Beachcroft in Leeds and London.
