Leeds Social Event at DoubleTree by Hilton

Free“Welcome Back” to our first Social(ly Distanced) Event!
Its been a while and we are excited to announce our first welcome back social event in Leeds!
DoubleTree by Hilton Leeds and The PA Hub have agreed to run our first event in October following government annoucements and adhering to current guidelines including social distancing.
Face Masks are needed in public areas of the hotel such as the lobby and walking through public spaces. We have booked a room and due to guidelines we are limited to a maximum of 30 attendees. This event is for members only and please only register if you are able to attend.
We will not be using name badges to lessen physical contact and masks do not have to be worn in the room itself – although you may wear one if you feel more comfortable. We are holding back on the hugs and shaking hands (which will be unusual) but we have your safety in mind.
There will be canapes and 2 drinks per person on the evening and it will be 90 minutes long instead of the usual 2 hours as we get to used to running the events again.
We want to get back to running the events as we have in the past but as I am sure you understand we are going to take things slowly for now and keep numbers small and we have included the Covid19 procedures from the hotel below showing what steps they have undertaken to keep their guests safe.

We understand some members may not be allowed to join us yet due to their own company guidelines and we fully respect this. For those who are able to attend we are looking forward to seeing you!
If there are over 30 people wanting to attend we will look to holding a further event to accommodate.

Set on the waterfront Granary Wharf, this upscale, redbrick hotel is a 5-minute walk from Leeds Railway Station.
